1. About VoicetextAI

VoicetextAI is developed and operated by QuantJumpPro ("Developer", "we", "us"). All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoicetextAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of Service

VoicetextAI is a desktop application that provides real-time voice-to-text transcription powered by Deepgram Nova-3. Key features include:

  • Real-time audio transcription with interim results
  • Support for 50+ languages
  • Global hotkey support for system-wide operation
  • Automatic clipboard integration
  • Cross-platform support (macOS, Windows, Linux)

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Deepgram as a third-party speech-to-text provider. Your use of this provider is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All billing and payment processing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date, for any reason. Refunds are processed by Paddle. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of VoicetextAI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Content you create using the Service (transcriptions) remains your property. We claim no ownership of your transcription output.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accent, and the speech-to-text provider used.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICETEXTAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in transcription output
  • Any third-party conduct or content related to the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoicetextAI and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
